The Celebrate the Dead™ Coffee Story
The Day of the Dead has its origins amongst indigenous people of Mexico long before the Spanish arrived. Today, the celebrations vary by region. Here in the U.S. it may take the form of processions, alters or performance art in honor of the dead.
The days leading up to the Day of the Dead are not complete without a proper cup of coffee: Mexican coffee from the Chiapas region. We are calling this coffee Celebrate the Dead™ in honor of this colorful time. #celebratethedeadcoffee

Medium Roast
Medium Roast is the optimal level for many blends where the flavor of the bean is accentuated more than the toastiness of the roast. The coffee flavors are more developed than in a Light Roast, the body is heavier, hints of spiciness start to develop, and flavors and aromas from the roasting process come to the surface.
