I am trying to use a promo code, but it is not working. Why?

There are restrictions on how and when you can use certain codes. Some are restricted to a single use, or to certain customer groups (such as members of our mailing list or Coffee Club). Some are specific to a time period. Also, please be aware that you can only apply one promo code to any order.
