I got a delivery notification but my package has not arrived yet. What should I do?

Please don’t panic, we are committed to getting you your coffee! We ask that you be patient, sometimes the mailperson hits “delivered” for a street’s worth of packages while they are taking them house to house, and sometimes unfortunately your package might get dropped at a neighbor’s by mistake. If your package does not turn up within a day of your receiving the email, we will get a replacement sent out to you.
