Hot espresso meets cold, creamy bliss in this simple, dreamy treat—no fancy equipment required. Try it with our most holy of coffees: Resurrection Blend® Coffee.

Ingredients

1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee. Try Resurrection Blend®!
1 or 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

Optional

Whip Cream
Shaved Chocolate

Instructions

Brew a few shots of espresso (or you can use strong fresh brewed coffee).

Place 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup, pour the hot coffee over ice cream in the cup and watch the dream materialize.

Optional: Shave a few bits of chocolate from your favorite chocolate bar. Top with whip cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate. Grab a spoon and celebrate!
