A crave-able sweet way to celebrate! This tasty coffee and ice cream treat was concocted in honor of our 30th Anniversary; we suggest using Brouhaha™ Blend Coffee and our Alaska Moka Bar™, but any dark roast coffee and milk chocolate will do. Enjoy, and here’s to another 30 years!
Ingredients
2oz of Brouhaha™ Blend Espresso Shots
1 or 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Crushed up Alaska Moka Bar™
Raspberries for toppings
Directions
Brew a few shots of espresso (or you can use strong fresh brewed coffee). Break the chocolate bar into pieces. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup along with a few of the broken pieces of chocolate. Pour the hot coffee over the ingredients in the cup and watch the magic. Sprinkle with a few more chocolate pieces and raspberries. Grab a spoon and celebrate!
