SHIPPING INFORMATION

We appreciate your patience! Our crew is working hard as we strive to ship all orders within two business days. Most orders take 2-10 business days in transit. Due to circumstances beyond our control, some shipments may arrive later than expected.

Please order early and allow for extra transit time. If you're concerned about delays, choose expedited shipping options. FREE shipping on orders over $50!

  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For orders in the United States, we ship to a physical address via USPS or FedEx. If you are only able to receive mail at a post office box, we ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Some carriers pass off to USPS for the last stretch.

    If you have a preference for FedEx or USPS in your area, please specify in the "Order special instructions" section when you place an order.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, Raven's Brew Coffee® does not ship internationally. Canadian customers can purchase some of our products through Amazon.com.

    MILITARY: All US military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail by entering APO/FPO/DPO as the city and AE or AP as the state at the online checkout.

REQUESTS FOR DONATIONS

Raven's Brew Coffee®evaluates each request based on company priorities, geographic relevance, event size, and community outreach potential.

Donation requests must be submitted through our online application form. If you attempt to contact us via phone, email, or standard mail you will still be asked to complete the application form before your request will be reviewed.

  • Looking for a donation?

    All inquiries for fundraising, blog reviews or other social media ventures should contact Sip@RavensBrew.com.

    Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the donation submission deadline. Donations are reviewed weekly. However, we like to fully consider each applicant for community outreach potential so responses to requests may take up to two weeks.

    We generally refrain from monetary donations and advertising promotions, but will gladly explore comparable coffee donation options. If you are already a devoted Raven’s Brew Coffee® retailer and have an upcoming event you would like us to sponsor, please contact us directly: 1-800-917-2836.
