Our Summer Solstice coffee boasts vibrant flavors sourced from the historic Finca Santa Leticia in El Salvador, cultivated since 1870. Ricardo Valdivieso, steward of this legacy, alongside his daughter Monica, safeguard their Pacamara and Bourbon groves from leaf rust. During the harvest, a great deal of care and focus is dedicated to picking the best quality of cherry and gently drying it on clay patios.
